Respect for privacy
The software does not read document or application content, nor does it take screenshots; it only detects the user's interaction with the PC and the time of use.

Visibility and Self-consumption
The worker always knows if the product is working and measuring. The data is available to them, so they can understand their level of compliance, productivity and efficiency, and improve their own time management.

The employee can stop the report
Data collection is automatic, however, the solution allows the employee to stop or activate data reporting to account for their time whenever they wish.

Digital disconnection
Depending on the length of the working day or public holidays, the system warns the worker to disconnect, or recommends NOT answering emails after hours.

Flexibility and Overtime
It measures the working hours completed regardless of your schedule, facilitating teleworking and flexible working hours. Notifies the worker when they have completed their working day.

Digital Health
It promotes employee health and wellbeing by calculating work times, breaks and alerts employees to take a break, stand up and look away from the screen if they have been using the PC for too long.

Productivity Map
The company defines which applications and websites are necessary for the employee's work. Managers will only obtain details of the time spent on these. The rest is private information reserved exclusively for the employee, who can also request that an application be productive.

Incognito mode browsing
The software is able to measure the time spent on websites that are considered productive. However, if the incognito mode option is used, the system will disregard that website, to allow for completely private browsing.
